The College Language Centre is the second building constructed under a new school Master Plan. To accommodate the explosive growth in student enrolments the client has commissioned a design that will support their objective to make the built environment a significant contributor in the students’ education experience.

The building is the first built stage of a planned Language / Library precinct. The complex will create a large covered civic space at the geographical heart of the college. The external articulation of façade is economical with deliberate emphasis on the importance of the civic space through the increased spacial volume, cladding treatment and use of colour.
